Vietnamese Rolls

We made Vietnamese rolls and sring rolls. I used: shrimp, scallops, cilantro, mango, glass noodles, carrot, daikon radish, cucumber, chinese cabbage, shitake mushrooms, mint, and green onion.
Other filling you can use are: lobok radish, red pepper, lotus root, taro root, and lettuce (romaine and bib).
